Product
Each saree is crafted using natural dyeing techniques, which can result in slight variations in shade from batch to batch. Because we use plant-based dyes, colors may appear softer or more muted compared to photos — adding to each saree's unique charm.
Yes, we use Azo-free vegetable dyes that are safe for both your skin and the environment.
Absolutely! The natural dyes we use are gentle on the skin and non-allergenic, making them safe for everyday wear.
Yes, it's completely normal for naturally dyed fabrics to release some color, especially during the first few washes. You can reduce this by rinsing the saree in cold water with a pinch of salt — a simple home remedy that often helps.
Yes, each saree includes an 80 cm running blouse piece.
We offer sarees in a variety of natural, breathable fabrics including Mulmul Cotton, Chanderi Silk, and Maheshwari Silk.
Our sarees are 5.5 meters in length for sarees without blouse pieces and the width is approximately 43- 47 inches. Each saree includes an 80 cm running blouse piece.
Sorry but unfortunately, we do not customize a single saree according to particular combination as it is difficult to just make one saree. However, we can offer customisation in a bulk order.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free PAN India . In case you opt for express delivery then an amount of Rs.100 is charged.
We make every effort to get products to you as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders within 48 business hours after receipt or as otherwise specified for the goods.
The delivery time varies on the basis of the destination city of delivery. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities. It may take up to 5 days for delivery in Tier II cities. For some cities in North India and J&K, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. At times, due to unforeseen reasons there may be some delay in shipment. We will appreciate your patience during these times and we will ensure to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
- If you have collected the order then please email us at tribe@moora.in mentioning your Order ID and the further detailed information.
Order
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID and a WhatsApp message on your registered mobile number. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Still can’t find it? Just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to resend it.
We do not accept orders through WhatsApp or Instagram. However, feel free to message us there with any product-related questions — we’re happy to help!
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. To cancel, email us at tribe@moora.in or message us at 8005575930. For urgent requests, please call us directly. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

No worries! If you've placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately. We'll cancel the extra order and process a refund to your original payment method.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via both WhatsApp and email, so you can monitor its progress in real time.
Yes, you can update your delivery address or mobile number — but only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us at tribe@moora.in or call +91-8005575930 as soon as possible to request the change.
There are two possible reasons:
- Your order may have been split into multiple shipments, with the rest still on the way.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via phone for confirmation before shipping the available items. If we’re unable to reach you by phone, we’ll notify you by email.
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can add items. Just reach out to us at tribe@moora.in, and we’ll assist you with updating your order.
All orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with the courier details and a tracking number (AWB) so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an email with your order number, order details, and payment confirmation. A confirmation message will also be sent to your WhatsApp number.
No, we don’t.
Payment & Refund
If your payment didn’t go through, don’t worry — you can try placing the order again using a different payment method or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
Sometimes, payments may take up to 10 minutes to process. If you don’t receive an order confirmation after that time, it’s likely the payment didn’t go through. In such cases, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.
Our sarees are handmade, and minor variations in patterns or colors are a natural part of the process — they add to the uniqueness of each piece.However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we do accept returns.
Please email us at tribe@moora.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, name, phone number, and clear photos of the issue.Once we receive the item and it passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to your bank account.
