How do I find a product on the website?
Our Homepage features a well-organized structure of categories and subcategories for easy navigation. If you can't find what you're looking for using the filters, simply type the item's name in the search bar for relevant results. You may also contact us via phone or email, and we'll gladly assist you in finding your desired product.
Will the products be exactly like in the pictures?
These sarees are made from a natural dying process and the colour in that whole process might vary naturally. So, each batch and saree will have a slightly different shade. Since the dyes used are natural, the color tends to be a little dull compared to the pictures.
Do you use natural dyes?
We use Azo-free vegetable dyes.
Are these sarees skin friendly?
Yes, these vegetable colours are friendly for your skin and non- allergic.
My saree bleeds a lot of colour, Is it okay?
It is absolutely okay for a Natural Dye to bleed some colour, however please try some home remedies like adding salt to cold rinse water. Which might help.
Do the sarees come with a blouse?
The sarees come with an 80cm running blouse piece.
What kind of fabrics do you have?
We have sarees in Mulmul Cotton, Chanderi Silk and Maheshwari Silk.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard shipping is free PAN India . In case you opt for express delivery then an amount of Rs.100 is charged.
What’s your general shipping time?
We make every effort to get products to you as quickly as possible. We dispatch orders within 48 business hours after receipt or as otherwise specified for the goods.
The delivery time varies on the basis of the destination city of delivery. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities. It may take up to 5 days for delivery in Tier II cities. For some cities in North India and J&K, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. At times, due to unforeseen reasons there may be some delay in shipment. We will appreciate your patience during these times and we will ensure to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address as well as a message through WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. In case you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there, please reach out to us and we’ll resend the confirmation.
Do you take orders through instagram?
No, we don't take orders through instagram, although you may reach us on instagram if you have any query regarding the product.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Order cancellation is only possible if the order is not yet shipped from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on 8005575930. In case of an urgent request, please give us a call. Order cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped.
I am unable to place an order. What should I do?

Can I pre-order a product which is sold out?
Unfortunately, we do not take preorders. Please click on the Notify When Available tab and we will notify you as soon as the product has been restocked. Also, do check out social media stories for updates on re-stock.
I placed an order twice. How do I cancel one order?
If you placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of them, please contact us right away. We would cancel one of your orders and refund you using the payment method you used when placing your order.
How to check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. The tracking details will be shared with you via Whatsapp and email once the order is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?
Why did I receive only a part of my order?
Possible reasons for receiving only part of your order include: It's possible that we shipped your items in separate shipments, with the remaining items still in transit. Alternatively, if the stock for the remaining items was unavailable, we will contact you via phone to inform you. We will only proceed with shipping the order after receiving your confirmation. In the rare event that we are unable to reach you on your provided phone number, we will send an email to notify you.
I have already placed my order; can I add more items to the same order?
Yes, you can add more items to your order if it is not yet shipped. Please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be able to help you out.
How are orders placed on www.moora.in, delivered to me?
Once the order is placed, we ship the order through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed, logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email and an SMS informing you the details of the courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment.
How do I know once my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is authorised and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Moora confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive a Whatsapp message confirming the same.
Payment & Refund
My payment failed. What should I do?
If your payment is unsuccessful, you have the option to proceed with the order using cash on delivery (COD) or make another attempt at payment using an alternative payment method.
What’s the reason my payment was deducted but I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
Sometimes the payment takes upto 10 minutes to get processed. If you don’t receive a confirmation after 10 minutes of making the payment, it is likely that your payment failed. In case of failed payments the amount is automatically refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 days.
What is your return policy?
Our products are handmade, there may be some imperfections in the pattern, but this only adds to their beauty. However, in the rare circumstance that you wish to return our merchandise, the procedure is outlined below.
Returns are permitted ONLY if the product received is damaged or defective. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, name, and phone number to make a return request within five days of receiving your package, along with images of any damage or defects. Our team will conduct a quality check once we have received the returned goods. A refund will be applied to your bank account if the returned item is discovered to be in good condition.
