Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across India as well as internationally. Shipping eligibility and return options may vary depending on whether the order is domestic or international.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed after successful payment confirmation. Once an order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. For custom or made-to-order items, processing may take longer, and cancellation is restricted as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Please note that shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select domestic orders. Any COD-related charges are non-refundable, even in case of return or exchange.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Customers are advised to track their shipments regularly and ensure availability at the delivery address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Moora is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses provided by the customer. Any re-shipping or return-to-origin costs arising from such issues will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing tribe@moora.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 8005575930, along with clear photos or videos of the issue. All such cases are subject to verification and approval by Team Moora.
Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
For approved domestic returns or exchanges:

In case of damage or defect, reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

In other cases, a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be charged.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product back to us.
Moora is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during self-shipped return transit.
International Shipping
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return or exchange, unless explicitly accepted under special circumstances. In case of approved defects or damage, store credit or partial refunds may be issued at Moora’s discretion.
Final Authority
Moora reserves the right to make the final decision on all shipping, delivery, and transit-related matters.
