Each saree is crafted with care and attention to detail, using hand carved wooden blocks by highly skilled artisans in Bagru, Rajasthan. The dyeing and block- printing are done by hand, ensuring that each saree is unique and has its own character.

- Please keep in mind that this product is hand crafted by local artisans. There may be little imperfections and unevenness in colour and print, proclaiming it to be entirely handmade.
- The images are clicked in daylight. The colour of the actual product may vary slightly from the image due to the screen brightness.
- Color bleeding is normal for handcrafted products and will stop after a few washes.
- We offer a 5 day window for return and exchange of sarees and non-sale items. Blouses are eligible only for exchange.
- Raise your return request within 5 days of receiving the shipment by mailing us at tribe@moora.in or Whatsapp on +91 8005575930 with your Order Number, Name and pictures of the damage or defect.
- We will either provide you with a replacement, or a refund for the remaining amount.
- Items sold during a Sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- If the product doesn’t have a visible defect or damage and you still wish to return or exchange it, the reverse shipping charges of Rs.100 per item will have to be borne by you.
- Once we have received the returned products a quality check will be done by our team. If the returned product is found intact, a refund will be processed.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
